Winemaking

after the grapes are harvested, the berries and whole bunches, without being torn, are subjected to soft pressing from which the "must flower" is obtained., The wine is then racked and placed to age for several months in steel vats before sale. Foaming (or second fermentation) takes place at low temperature in an autoclave., This is followed by cold static decantation of the must to remove suspended solids., With the inoculation of selected yeasts, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature of 18°C.

in a cool place at 12-16 °C, protected from light, avoiding long stays in the refrigerator.

Description

Wine with a bright straw yellow color, very fine and lively perlage. Intense, enveloping and balanced aroma, with notes reminiscent of Green Apple, Wisteria, Peach and Acacia flowers. On the palate rich, intense, soft, fresh and notes that have complete correspondence with the aroma.
